We’ve introduced more granular control when inviting team members to your Rapyd account. This update brings a new Guest user role and improved team visibility for Admins and Billing managers.
What’s New?
Guest User Role
A new Guest access level provides the most restricted account access. Guests cannot view the Team tab in the main menu and can only see sites they’ve been specifically granted access to. As an administrator, you can also decide whether guests receive access to the Rapyd support widget.
See Team Members
Administrator and Billing Manager roles can now view all team members within the Team section of the dashboard. This gives managers a complete picture of who has access to the account and at what level.
How It Works
Administrators can invite Guests by navigating to Team > Invite people and selecting the Guest role. Guest permissions regarding site access and support access are configurable during the invitation process. You can also adjust these settings later by selecting the three-dot menu next to a Guest user and choosing “Edit role.”
