How do I add Enhanced or Elite support to my account?
From your Rapyd Cloud dashboard, select the Enhanced or Elite add-on alongside your hosting plan. Add-ons are available post-trial with an active hosting plan and start billing once your subscription is active.
Is there a contract for Enhanced or Elite support?
No upfront charges — just a six-month minimum commitment to elevate your hosting experience with Enhanced or Elite Support. After the minimum term, the add-on continues month-to-month.
How is Enhanced or Elite billed?
The chosen support add-on is billed monthly and integrated seamlessly with your existing Rapyd Cloud invoice. Enhanced is $100/month per account, Elite is $500/month per account.
What's the difference between infrastructure support and application support?
Infrastructure and platform support — included on every plan — covers the hosting environment itself: server config, caching, databases, deployments, DNS, SSL, performance tuning, backups, and migrations. Application support, included with Enhanced and Elite, goes deeper into your WordPress install: troubleshooting plugin and theme conflicts, debugging custom code paths, and resolving issues that live above the platform layer.
