How It Works

To grant our support team access to your Rapyd dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Rapyd dashboard and click the “Get Help” button.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select “Support Access.”
  3. Click “Approve Rapyd access” to grant temporary access.

Built-in Security Limitations

  • The support team can only view your dashboard, not perform sensitive actions like adding users or modifying billing.
  • Access expires automatically after 14 days.
  • You can revoke access anytime through the “Support Access” menu.
