We’re thrilled to introduce the new “Edit plan” feature, giving you enhanced flexibility to upgrade and downgrade your plans directly from the dashboard, without needing to contact our support team.
What’s New?
The dashboard now lets you edit your plan whenever you need to. Whether you’re upgrading to a larger tier before a big launch, scaling back down afterward, or simply transitioning between plan levels, you can manage it all independently through the dashboard.
How It Works
To get started, navigate to Billing > View subscription and click the pen icon to begin editing. A modal window will appear where you can select your new plan tier and level, along with descriptions of each option to help you decide.
The same modal also displays add-on details. While add-ons aren’t yet available for selection, they will be enabled soon.
Important Downgrade Limitation
Cross-tier downgrades are not permitted. You cannot downgrade between different plan tiers (for example, from Startup to Developer or Performance to Startup) due to disk space technical constraints. If you need a cross-tier downgrade, please contact our support team for assistance.
