We’re excited to announce two major features designed to enhance your support experience and give you a voice in product development: the Get Help button and the Rapyd Feedback Center.

Get Help Button
The Rapyd dashboard now includes a “Get Help” button in the main menu containing four sections:
- Resources: Links to the Getting Started Guide, Knowledge Base, and Rapyd Blog
- Product: Access to feedback submission, product roadmap, and changelog
- Support: Live chat option and ticket viewing for existing support cases
- Account Support Plan: Information about your support plan with management options
Rapyd Feedback Center
You can access the feedback portal at feedback.rapyd.cloud with three main tabs:
- Feedback: An interactive board for posting and viewing community feedback
- Roadmap: Displays planned development features so you can see what’s coming
- Changelog: A running log of updates with context and implementation details
How It Works
Log into your Rapyd account and click the Get Help button to submit feedback directly through a popup interface. Your feedback automatically posts to the feedback center. Alternatively, visit feedback.rapyd.cloud directly using your Rapyd Dashboard credentials to access all three tabs.
