We’ve Just Made Managing Your Rapyd Subscription Almost Too Easy

Say goodbye to reaching out to our support team every time you want to make a change to your Rapyd subscriptions. Now you have the power.

What’s New

We’ve added the ability for billing managers to pause and cancel subscriptions directly from the dashboard.

Pause Subscription

You can pause your subscription for up to 6 months. When you restart, your billing date resets based on the pause duration. Multiple pauses are permitted as long as your total pause time remains under 6 months. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

Cancel Subscription

We understand cancellations happen. If you do decide to cancel, we’d love to hear your feedback at success@rapyd.cloud.

How It Works

1. Navigate to the Billing area of the dashboard
2. Select the subscription you want to manage
3. Click the Manage button at the top left

This opens a modal that guides you through the process.

Important: Subscriptions cannot have active sites to be paused or cancelled.
