What’s New<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve added the ability for billing managers to pause and cancel subscriptions directly from the dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pause Subscription<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can pause your subscription for up to 6 months. When you restart, your billing date resets based on the pause duration. Multiple pauses are permitted as long as your total pause time remains under 6 months. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancel Subscription<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We understand cancellations happen. If you do decide to cancel, we’d love to hear your feedback at success@rapyd.cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How It Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the\u00a0Billing<\/strong>\u00a0area of the dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the subscription you want to manage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the\u00a0Manage<\/strong>\u00a0button at the top left<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This opens a modal that guides you through the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Important<\/strong>: Subscriptions cannot have active sites to be paused or cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
