{"id":17625,"date":"2024-04-29T22:22:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-29T22:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rapyd.cloud\/blog\/?p=17625"},"modified":"2026-02-27T22:23:38","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T22:23:38","slug":"our-feedback-portal-is-now-live-and-getting-help-is","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rapyd.cloud\/blog\/our-feedback-portal-is-now-live-and-getting-help-is\/","title":{"rendered":"Our Feedback Portal is Now Live and Getting Help is Easier Than Ever"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We&#8217;re excited to announce two major features designed to enhance your support experience and give you a voice in product development: the&nbsp;<strong>Get Help button<\/strong>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<strong>Rapyd Feedback Center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"whats-new\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s New<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"get-help-button\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get Help Button<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rapyd dashboard now includes a &#8220;Get Help&#8221; button in the main menu containing four sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Resources<\/strong>: Links to the Getting Started Guide, Knowledge Base, and Rapyd Blog<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product<\/strong>: Access to feedback submission, product roadmap, and changelog<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support<\/strong>: Live chat option and ticket viewing for existing support cases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Account Support Plan<\/strong>: Information about your support plan with management options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"rapyd-feedback-center\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rapyd Feedback Center<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can access the feedback portal at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/feedback.rapyd.cloud\/\">feedback.rapyd.cloud<\/a>&nbsp;with three main tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Feedback<\/strong>: An interactive board for posting and viewing community feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Roadmap<\/strong>: Displays planned development features so you can see what&#8217;s coming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Changelog<\/strong>: A running log of updates with context and implementation details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"how-it-works\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">How It Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Log into your Rapyd account and click the Get Help button to submit feedback directly through a popup interface. Your feedback automatically posts to the feedback center.
