Prior to Rapyd, KC360 hosted their website on multiple platforms before. \u201cWe were previously hosted at Cloudways on Digital Ocean servers, for about three years, having moved on from Godaddy hosting\u201d,<\/em><\/strong> David shared with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They initially experienced a significant performance boost after moving to Cloudways. However, they faced declining effectiveness in service and support over time. Due to decreased performance, their BuddyBoss-powered community app began experiencing increasing load times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The switch to Rapyd resulted in a dramatic performance improvement. While they could not asses exact numbers, KC360 experienced a significant increase in performance, leading to faster loading times and a more seamless user experience for their clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI don’t know the numbers – but it must be 100’s of percentages increased in performance metrics\u201d, <\/em><\/strong>David shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the WAF (Web Application Firewall) included in Rapyd’s solution allowed KC360 to drop their previous security service, leading to cost savings. This came on top of exceptional technical support provided by Rapyd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
